“Soulstraction” is my abstract painting method. I enter the studio to find flow in the swirl of eternal time. I am a psychonaut who has journeyed in ancestral and astral fields outside Gregorian time, experiencing my body and mind as “portal and conduit,” plugged into alive expressive breath.

I feel color and form as blessed, sensate expression, and dance with brushes, paints and inks in a grand exploration of the miracle that each of us is. I lean into grief and healing, hope and gratitude, and wonder and awe, exploring emotion and questions with inquiry and prayer. My abstract paintings are designed as touchstones and counterparts to all else in our midst that is functional and literal.
