Artist Statement
"Abyss" is from an ongoing series of imaginary planetoids. These images are made in the studio using the simplest of materials: water, sand, vapor and light. These works reflects my personal zeitgeist as it has changed during the pandemic and also the global zeitgeist as shaped by climate anxiety.
