Screens have become ubiquitous in our lives, playing an essential role in our daily activities, such as work, entertainment, socializing, and more. We have become nodes in an invisible web, and our children are growing up in it, feeling most comfortable interacting with each other in the virtual gaming world. This triptych captures how my family spends their holidays together, facing their computer screen in the same room but isolated. Ironically, they are all playing the same game and engaging with each other in the virtual world. Screens have become an integral part of everyone, accompanying us wherever we go and merging with our identities, blurring the line between human and machine.
