Artist Statement
"Tea Leaves" explores the female figure’s movement and transitions through a color field. The concept deals with multidimensional space, as we find ourselves in a state of constant duality, within our interchanging movements. The work crosses representational toward abstraction, as detailed realism is blended into a color field creating some abstraction.
