Artist Statement
David Fullarton is a San Francisco based artist who creates mixed media drawings that combine images with text. He investigates themes that are rooted in the human condition and address the banality and absurdity of everyday existence. He uses uncompromising wit and dark humor to ruthlessly skewer contemporary neuroses. In the process he highlights the shared humanity in our individual troubles and pleasures.
