Artist Statement
This is a portrait of a most wonderful and interesting local person who lived conventionally and preferred to live independently out of doors and travel by walking. I became acquainted with him at the local events and coffee shops he frequented. Rolon has has since passed but contributed art to the community by making intentionally ephemeral flower and fabric arrangements and painting abandoned buildings.
