Artist Statement
This collection of work is about the chance occurrence and connection to the found object. In the repetition of the day to day, retracing the same steps and routes to point B and C, one gets accustomed to the expectation of the environment. This collection of work celebrates the discarded, post consumer packaging, and paraphernalia that, through creative practice, elevating it above what some consider mundane or filth.
