Inspired by an urge to drop everything, cut my hair off, and travel through my homeland of México. "vale" is an ode to cycles, the manner in which their existence breaks our notion of time. At times beginning and or ending before we've realized we are in said cycle. They can be painful, just as they can be euphoric. They can lead us to lose sight of ourselves, but they can also lead us to find the power within. "vale" is an ode to my cycles and yours; a self portrait rooted in the cycles that have helped me find myself and my power.
