While out plein air painting, off to the right of my subject was a scaffolding being torn down after a concert. This scaffolder was at the top of the large scaffolding, four floors up. He would dismantle the separate pieces and hand the pieces down and they would be handed from person to person until they reached ground level. There was a nonchalance he had being up that high that was both terrifying and admirable. I couldn't help but take references of the workers.
