Pete Belkin is a visual artist, digital media engineer, and exhibitions producer based in Oakland, Ca. His work has been shown nationally and internationally and his works typically investigate the anthropocene and ideas around ecology, phenomenology and perception. His recent exhibition "Dry Garden" at Minnesota Street Project presented synchronized media, video sculpture, paintings, kinetic elements and psychoactive live plants which considered earth's water cycle as a geologic and sculptural process. When not working in his studio, Pete can be found producing video interviews with artists, and curating exhibitions.
