I often paint portraits of gemstones that I use to examine different emotions, conditions or situations that are part of our human experience. I became a chef to continue doing creative work, and continue to create art to express conditions, ideas, or opinions I want to examine. My work seeks to captivate your point of view and subconsciously show you a pattern, or situation, like a dream, using symbols, ideas and emotions.
