These works explore the corruption of the pure innocence of childhood. The piece balances the playful imagination of childhood with the consequences of the adult world. By heavily relying on patterns, I am able to create an overwhelming sense of imagination. The color choice conceptually reflects the whimsicality of imagination through the contrast between the background, character, and foreground.
